Swingfit Factory Tuition

My name is Mark Stuart-William, AA PGA Professional , I’ve been an AA PGA Professional since 1998 and Head Professional at the Dyke Golf Club since 2007. Like many golf professionals I came into the profession to be the best player I could be, after a successful playing career at county and regional level my focus today is looking after members and visitors to our club with expert Club Fitting and Tuition. In my spare time I compete in Triathlons for fun!

We’re proud to have our ‘state of the art’ indoor Swingfit Factory which we use for teaching as well as custom fitting new clubs. Our start point is always to understand each player’s goals from their golf tuition, so that we can understand:

  • how long you have been playing and to what level?
  • what time do you have to play and practice?
  • what’s your motivation level for practice?
  • what’s your athletic ability like?
  • how do you prefer to learn and take on board new information?

From this we can build a tuition plan for each individual, whatever their level. We focus on keeping things as simple as possible, fixing one fault at a time even if it does take three weeks to get a simple fault perfect – we build from a base.

With the help of our Flightscope radar and HD super slow-motion camera we can detect the slightest fault quickly and easily and then demonstrate swing improvements over time. Each lesson is captured on video and our clients can re-visit their lessons on-line for a refresher whenever they need it, as well as track their progress over time. This is provided at no additional charge.

Our outside practice facilities including the large chipping and putting green are used as and when appropriate.
